About the Role

The Director, Third Party Events & Experiences Remote is responsible for elevating CrowdStrike’s presence at key global trade shows and delivering outstanding, on-brand event experiences. This hands-on leader blends strategy with execution, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize CrowdStrike’s presence at major industry events including AWS re:Invent and RSA Conference.
  • Elevate brand experiences with booth design, activations, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain unified brand messaging.
  • Define KPIs, reporting frameworks and optimize investments based on data insights.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution from planning to onsite management.
  • Lead a small, agile team while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Manage external vendors, exhibit houses, and agencies to ensure high-standard delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • 15+ years in corporate trade show management, preferably in SaaS-based B2B companies.
  • Proven success in managing all aspects of trade shows.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making to showcase ROI.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under high growth and fast paced conditions with up to 30% travel.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with global trade show programs and agency management.
  • Proficiency in event technology and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, RainFocus).
  • Strong data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and reporting skills.
  • Experience in driving event awareness via multi-channel communications.
