About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI, you will work across Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other teams. You will focus on:

  • Driving AI governance and safety practices.
  • Managing rollouts of AI initiatives and platforms.
  • Developing internal AI programs and community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • AI Governance: Organize the Enterprise AI Safety Board and coordinate an AI steward network.
  • AI Initiatives: Oversee AI platform adoption, workflow transformation, and employee training programs.
  • AI Community: Develop internal resources, support AI champions, and promote learning.

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years in technical program management with AI focus.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning and model development.
  • Expertise in AI safety, governance, data protection regulations and ethical risk management.
  • Experience in early-stage product environments with strong communication skills.
