About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI, you will work across Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other teams. You will focus on:
- Driving AI governance and safety practices.
- Managing rollouts of AI initiatives and platforms.
- Developing internal AI programs and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- AI Governance: Organize the Enterprise AI Safety Board and coordinate an AI steward network.
- AI Initiatives: Oversee AI platform adoption, workflow transformation, and employee training programs.
- AI Community: Develop internal resources, support AI champions, and promote learning.
What You'll Need
- 8+ years in technical program management with AI focus.
- Working knowledge of machine learning and model development.
- Expertise in AI safety, governance, data protection regulations and ethical risk management.
- Experience in early-stage product environments with strong communication skills.
