About The Role
The Director, Agent Development role is part of the IT department. This leader will drive innovations in Generative AI, build and mentor a global team, and integrate AI solutions that enhance workflows and unlock additional revenue.
What You Will Do
- Reimagine workflows and integrate automation with empathy.
- Build, mentor, and scale a global AI Agent Developer team.
- Provide hands-on leadership and contribute technically.
- Share expertise as a member of the AI Center of Excellence.
- Stay on the frontier of AI and continuously evolve the role.
What You Will Need
A strong background in data science and AI with over 15 years experience, including 7+ in senior leadership roles. Must have expertise in Python, AI agent development (low-code and high-code), and cloud data platforms. Proven track record in managing global distributed teams, evaluating ROI on agents, and a passion for educating others.
Required Technical Skills
- Python expertise with emphasis on security best practices.
- Experience with Agent SDKs like Vertex, OpenAI, Claude.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and cloud data solutions.
- Understanding of GenAI and modern AI safety and governance.
- Lifelong learning with evolving AI tools and methods.
