About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented Detection Content Operations Engineer. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end release, triage, and observability of security detections in production. You will work at the intersection of release operations, runtime health, and first-level anomaly investigation, collaborating closely with detection authors and various operational teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute detection content deployments using internal tooling.
  • Monitor runtime telemetry and health to detect anomalies.
  • Perform first-level triage on anomalous detection hits.
  • Define rollback and alerting mechanisms for deployment issues.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and playbooks for monitoring detection health.
  • Contribute feedback into the authoring and QA process.
  • Reduce operational friction through automation improvements.
  • Manage customer facing release notes and internal communications.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience with threat detection platforms, SIEMs, or EDRs.
  • Hands-on experience in SRE, QA, or release engineering.
  • Comfort with telemetry, logs, dashboards in distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD environments and tools like Jenkins, Git or Bitbucket.
  • Problem solving mindset with focus on root cause analysis.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
  • Passion for detection engineering and threat analysis.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with big data for software quality metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards or telemetry pipelines.
  • Prior security experience with always-on systems and sensor development.
