About the Role
The Business Automation Developer is responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered automation workflows using platforms like N8N, Tray.ai, and similar technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement enterprise automation solutions using N8N, Tray.ai and similar platforms.
- Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging MCP and Gemini Enterprise.
- Create and maintain system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other methods.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems for automated processes.
- Implement agentic workflows and AI chains for complex decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Document technical implementations and automation best practices.
- Measure and report on automation impact.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation technologies.
- Ensure high availability and performance of automated workflows.
What You Will Need
- 4+ years of experience in application integration development and automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with N8N, Tray.io or similar platforms.
- Proven expertise in implementing AI solutions using MCP, Gemini Enterprise or similar.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, and Coupa.
- Experience with agentic workflows and AI chains using multiple AI tools and RPA platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
