About the Role

This role involves translating business needs into defined requirements, designing efficient workflows, and improving process and OKR tracking using tools such as Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for IT processes.
  • Design and optimize workflows across Workboard and JIRA.
  • Create insightful Tableau dashboards for OKR and metrics.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to boost tool adoption.
  • Maintain documentation and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement.
  • Partner with teams to optimize OKR tracking and reporting.
  • Support a Workboard champion/coach community.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Expertise in process analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow design.
  • Experience with Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and OKR tracking.
