About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, AI Platforms in the Enterprise AI department. In this role, you will be the primary owner for internal agent-building platforms with a focus on zero and low-code solutions like Gemini Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Roadmap & Ownership: Own the strategic roadmap for key AI platforms.
• Vendor Partnership: Manage relationships with key AI platform vendors (Google, OpenAI).
• Technical AI Leadership: Mentor and guide the AI Champion advisory group.
• Agentic Workflow Design: Design workflows to automate complex tasks.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate across teams to enhance tech stack integration.
• Technical Bridging: Partner with high-code teams for custom functionality.
• Strategy & Enablement: Ensure platforms meet evolving business needs.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–8 years managing high-logic, high-volume enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 1–3 years with AI-native platforms (e.g., Gemini Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise).
• Experience with complex orchestration tools and agentic/automation mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Hands-on scripting in Python for troubleshooting or integrations.
• Background in high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
