Special Event Team Leader

Immediate hiring for a part-time role at CrowdRx. This position oversees staff teams at various events, ensuring quality patient care and event safety.

Responsibilities

  • Advise Clinical Education Manager to improve training and QA/QI programs.
  • Assist in developing and updating site and emergency action plans.
  • Provide exemplary patient care and customer service as a team leader.
  • Conduct field training, evaluation, and remediation for employees.
  • Act as an educational and operational resource for team members.
  • Manage scene and shift operations, including driving on-duty vehicles.
  • Communicate site needs and supply requests daily.
  • Mentor, evaluate, and advise team members for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • 2-3 years field experience as EMT; leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current EMT certification, state-approved CPR certification, BLS card, and Driver’s License.
  • Effective oral, written, and inter-personal communication skills.
