About the Role

The Associate, Marketing and Service Automation Specialist role at Crowd Street is focused on data, automation, and personalized customer experience. The position involves converting broad marketing and investor communications into scalable, automated journeys within Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Console.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement complex email journeys in SFMC using conditional logic, AMPscript, HTML, and behavioral triggers.
  • Create and manage custom Cloud Pages and Preference Centers, syncing data back to Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop interactive email experiences with dynamic content and integrated user inputs.
  • Set up automated list segmentation based on recipient behavior.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing email sequences.
  • Extract, clean and normalize Salesforce data for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to deploy automation workflows.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years Salesforce experience with emphasis on Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • 2+ years of HTML/CSS and dynamic content experience.
  • Proficient in creating and managing cloud pages and preference centers.
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and data filtering.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM data models and journey optimization.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is preferred.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with financial services, fintech, or investment platforms.
  • Background in investor communications or regulated marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with SQL.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $80,000-$120,000 per year for remote work.
