B2B Sales Manager - Brand-Owned Social Networks Software
CROWCH is building private, brand-owned social network software for companies that want to create deeper engagement with their audiences, employees, and communities. We help brands launch their own local social network spaces where communication, votes, feedback, discussions, insights, and community data stay inside the business — instead of being fully dependent on external platforms. CROWCH supports companies in building owned communities for corporate culture, HR engagement, employee voice, customer communities, branded communities, and research-driven participation.
We are looking for a strong B2B Sales Manager to drive partnerships and software sales with HR leaders, corporate culture leaders, software distributors, system integrators, and enterprise decision-makers.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Manager focused on selling CROWCH’s brand-owned social network software. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting B2B clients and partners interested in launching private corporate or brand-owned social networks. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, understanding of HR and corporate communication challenges, and the ability to explain how private social networks can support engagement, culture, feedback, recognition, and employee voice.
You will work directly with company leadership to build the sales pipeline, develop outreach strategies, manage client conversations, prepare proposals, and close deals with target audiences including HRDs, Corporate Culture Leaders, Internal Communications teams, software distributors, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of CROWCH private social network software
- Identify and approach HRDs, Corporate Culture Leaders, Internal Communications teams, and enterprise decision-makers
- Build relationships with software distributors, system integrators, and consulting partners
- Present CROWCH as a solution for employee engagement, corporate culture, internal communication, feedback, recognition, and community building
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities
- Conduct product presentations, discovery calls, and client demos
- Understand client needs and position CROWCH as a strategic solution
- Work with leadership to shape pricing, partnership models, and go-to-market strategy
- Track sales activity, client feedback, and market insights
- Support pilot launches and long-term client relationships
