This school is the first virtual, bilingual immersion school in Arizona. Novatio was designed to meet the unique needs of Arizona’s Hispanic families. There, a child's education is flexible, personalized, and rooted in bilingual learning, all from the comfort of their home. Their students master core subjects quickly, freeing them to dive into projects that matter, gain real-world skills, and prepare for success beyond the classroom. Powered by AI, Novatio’s 2 Hour Learning model helps students to master core subjects in just two hours a day, freeing them to focus on real-world skill development, bilingual fluency, and hands-on projects. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using hands-on, project-driven learning methods
- Building a welcoming, high-energy virtual environment where students are encouraged to explore and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and student insights to personalize motivation and support for each individual
- Partnering with educators from diverse time zones and cultures to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning journey
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Instructing traditional academic subjects (our AI tutors manage those)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or standardized teaching framework
- Conducting lecture-based, one-directional learning sessions
Student Success Coach Key Responsibilities
Motivate students globally to develop into confident, resourceful problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, adaptable school model.
Basic Requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Ready to begin by the end of July
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
