Job Description
About the Learning Designer Role at Crossover
Alpha Anywhere relies on the 2-Hour Learning model: students complete a full day's academics in two intensive hours, freeing their afternoons for podcasts, murals, gymnastics, or any passion they choose. As a Learning Designer, you will sustain and advance this engine from anywhere with reliable internet access.
You will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, real-time interventions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions to eliminate friction on the spot and restore momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you will analyze detailed performance datasets to reveal patterns that unlock each child's potential and engineer next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.
Parents observe surging confidence, students accelerate their learning pace twofold, and you witness the tangible results of every insight, every automated AI workflow, and every question you pose. If you are ready to convert data into propulsion for young learners, continue below.
What You Will Be Doing
- Constructing precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Delivering urgent "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
- Collaborating with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform continues to develop
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Attending marathon meeting schedules or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable impact
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation anchor our approach
- Engaging in high-altitude strategy with no execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on involvement and agility
