Job Description
About the Learning Designer Role at Crossover
Alpha Anywhere champions the 2-Hour Learning model, enabling students to complete a full day's academics in two intensive hours, thereby freeing their afternoons for personal passions. As a Learning Designer, you will be instrumental in sustaining and advancing this innovative engine, working remotely from anywhere with reliable internet access.
You will translate AI-generated performance metrics into precise, real-time interventions, guiding every learner toward 90% mastery and beyond. When obstacles emerge, you will conduct live coaching sessions to swiftly eliminate friction and restore momentum with clarity. Simultaneously, you will analyze detailed performance datasets to uncover patterns that unlock each child's potential and engineer next-generation AI tools to double learning velocity.
This role offers the unique satisfaction of witnessing surging confidence in parents, a twofold acceleration in student learning pace, and the tangible impact of every insight, automated AI workflow, and question you pose. If you are driven to convert data into propulsion for young learners, this opportunity is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Constructing precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours.
- Delivering urgent "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation.
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles.
- Collaborating with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform continues to develop.
What You Won't Be Doing
- Attending marathon meeting schedules or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable impact.
- Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation anchor our approach.
- Engaging in high-altitude strategy with no execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on involvement and agility.
