At Crossover, the Instructional Designer, 2 Hour Learning role is key in driving our innovative AI-powered education model. Using data-driven insights, you will transform performance metrics into actionable strategies that boost student mastery.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creating academic data reports using AI metrics.
- Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and live coaching sessions.
- Analyzing performance streams to detect hidden patterns.
- Building AI/LLM prototypes and educational workflows.
- Collaborating to optimize dashboards, tools, and benchmarks.
What You Won’t Be Doing
You will not attend endless meetings, grade traditional assignments, or operate solely at a strategic level without execution. Instead, you focus on hands-on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Accelerate student learning by using AI-powered evaluation to achieve improved engagement, comprehension, and learning speed.
Basic & Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in data science, education, or student support roles.
- Proficient in Google Sheets data evaluation.
- High emotional intelligence with effective communication.
- Experience in creating AI-driven workflows and automations.
- Familiarity with learning science and generative AI is a plus.

Job Details
This is a full-time, remote position offered as a long-term independent contractor role through Crossover. Compensation is $60,000 USD/year (or $30 USD/hour) with weekly payments. Immediate start.
