About the role
Director of Learning
2 Hour Learning has moved beyond mere adoption of artificial intelligence—we have embedded it into every layer of our organization. By re-engineering learning from first principles and applying breakthroughs in AI and learning science, we have dismantled the limitations of the conventional school day. The outcome? Students who consistently exceed expectations.
Our results speak for themselves: learners on our platform routinely earn 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, post more than two years of growth on annual MAP assessments, and surpass what they believed possible. If you are motivated by the chance to produce transformative outcomes at scale, 2 Hour Learning offers that opportunity.
Role Overview
In this position, you will act as the principal architect of our pioneering learning ecosystem for your assigned school model, spanning multiple campuses. Driven by an absolute commitment to student success, you will leverage AI's vast capabilities to design hyper-personalized learning pathways tailored to each student's distinct needs, interests, and goals.
Your work will combine rigorous data analysis with direct student interaction. You will examine learning analytics in depth, extracting insights that fuel exponential progress. Yet you will not remain behind a desk—you will engage on the ground with students, understanding their experiences, obstacles, and victories firsthand. This direct knowledge will prove essential as you identify the precise motivational and pedagogical strategies needed to break through achievement barriers across every campus.
You will lead a skilled team of learning engineers, data scientists, and instructional innovators to execute your vision. More crucially, you will advocate tirelessly for our students, ensuring every decision, innovation, and initiative centers on enhancing their learning outcomes.
This represents a rare chance to deploy AI in education and fundamentally reshape what is achievable. Equipped with advanced learning analytics, the capacity to A/B test pedagogical theories at scale, and organizational support to challenge conventions, you will pioneer new methods daily.
Your scope is broad, your resources exceptional, and your mandate essential. At 2 Hour Learning, we are not merely using AI to improve test scores—we are unlocking human potential at scale, entirely without traditional classroom teachers.
If you are prepared to apply the most transformative technology of this era to the most fundamental institution of society, now is the time. Bold vision, disciplined execution, and unwavering dedication to student success are required. Those committed to preserving the status quo should look elsewhere.
Join us at the forefront of the AI transformation in education. Together, we will not simply anticipate the future of learning—we will build it.
