What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging AI to create interactive simulations that transform historical events and geographical concepts into tangible, memorable learning experiences.
• Examining learning data to identify trends and patterns that guide the creation of adaptive learning pathways tailored to individual student needs.
• Building innovative digital resources that animate historical narratives and global environments—ranging from time-based virtual experiences to immersive explorations of diverse cultures.
• Working closely with a cross-functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop breakthrough methods that transform social studies instruction.
• Converting intricate historical and geographical information into accessible, engaging content enriched by AI-powered personalization.

Digital Learning Specialist Key Responsibilities

Lead measurable gains in students' understanding of social studies topics, doubling the rate at which they absorb critical historical and geographic knowledge through advanced, AI-enhanced instructional strategies.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term remote position, immediately available. You will enter into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation is set at $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year for 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year, with weekly payments.
