About the Admissions Relationship Manager Role

This role isn't about selling a product. It's about earning the confidence of families who are navigating one of the most critical decisions they will ever make. Alpha students complete their core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to building competencies in entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience, and other real-world capabilities. With plans to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, every location begins with one pivotal interaction: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

You will deliver a bespoke, premium experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional process driven by checklists or rehearsed scripts. From initial contact through final handoff, you will personally shepherd each family through their admissions journey, providing concierge-caliber service at each touchpoint. Your responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, guiding decision-making, and deploying AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative burden—freeing you to concentrate on what truly drives outcomes: trust, relationships, and conversion.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for all parent interactions, scheduling, and follow-through—ensuring a premium experience at every stage, regardless of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, streamline follow-ups, and minimize administrative overhead.

  • Following rigid scripts or standardized playbooks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles—you will not be slowed by layers of internal approvals or dependency on others for execution.

Admissions Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's coast-to-coast growth.

Basic Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (examples include admissions, luxury retail, philanthropic development, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally charged conversations with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase journeys from inquiry through conversion.
  • Established ease with AI tools, automation workflows, and task prioritization systems.
  • Consistent ability to execute with precision—maintaining impeccable documentation, timely follow-ups, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment about internal vs. external information.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate family schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
