Account Executive
It is possible to close deals without conviction. It is also possible to close deals without clarity. This role is built for individuals who reject both approaches. If your goal is to help families make confident, informed yes/no decisions, establish transparent onboarding timelines, and leverage AI to elevate your communication standards, continue reading.
Alpha Anywhere delivers mastery-based, accelerated learning directly to families at home. Students progress approximately 2x faster in around 2 focused hours per day, with advancement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select our program because they prioritize measurable outcomes and transparency over ambiguous assurances. Your responsibility is to convert qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin with confidence, clarity, and active participation.
This is not a narrow, script-dependent SDR position. You will control the entire conversion journey—from consultative discovery through close to early-stage activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks your team relies on, including AI-supported workflows that enhance both quality and efficiency without reducing communication to impersonal templates.

What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct consultative discovery calls that assess fit, address objections, and lead to a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
- Maintain your pipeline in the CRM through proactive follow-up, timely responses to inbound inquiries, and clear next steps documented in every interaction
- Establish precise onboarding and ramp expectations prior to closing, then shepherd newly enrolled families through initial milestones to confirm active engagement
- Apply AI tools to prepare for conversations, tailor outreach, and scale throughput while preserving context and precision
- Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss data and performance metrics, enabling more consistent team conversion

- Sending mass, impersonal outreach sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
- Enrolling families without validating fit or without transparently outlining what the onboarding process and early ramp entail
- Transferring a new enrollment and assuming another team member will address early confusion or churn risk indicators
- Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack influence over process improvement or sales methodology
Account Executive Key Responsibilities
This role exists to ensure that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, comprehend the onboarding pathway, and participate actively from the start.
Basic Requirements
- Proven capability to facilitate consultative sales discussions that establish transparent expectations and result in a clear yes/no outcome
- Documented ownership of a pipeline or workflow characterized by zero missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
- Excellent written and spoken communication that remains personalized, precise, and context-aware
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance both quality and efficiency in sales execution (beyond generating boilerplate content)
- Capacity to function autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous setting while consistently delivering measurable results
- Availability for a remote, full-time schedule, primarily aligned with US Central Time Zone hours (with some scheduling flexibility)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
