At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner for a leading company collaborating with world-class AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. The role is for a Voice Over Artist responsible for training audio models.

Role Description

The Audio Model - AI Trainer position is an hourly contract (remote) opportunity. In this role, you will record clear, natural-sounding descriptions of visual content, following precise guidelines and collaborating with AI researchers and QA teams.

• Record clear, concise, and natural-sounding descriptions.
• View images and generate spoken descriptions (2–3 minutes each).
• Ensure high-quality recordings without background noise.
• Follow linguistic, timing, and stylistic guidelines.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and QA teams to review data quality.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and enunciation skills are required. Native or near-native fluency in English is essential; additional language fluency is a plus. Previous experience with voice recording or data annotation is beneficial but not required. You should be comfortable working independently and performing repetitive tasks consistently.
