About Video Editor Role

Crossing Hurdles is a recruitment firm that refers top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs. The Video Editor role supports the development and training of cutting-edge AI models by evaluating AI-generated videos for visual accuracy and prompt alignment.

Position Details

Position: Video Filtering Expert Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $35 per hour Location: Remote Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (with potential for follow-on projects) Commitment: Flexible hours, ~20–40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated videos for visual accuracy.
  • Identify and flag visual errors or inconsistencies.
  • Assess adherence to specific prompt elements including object, motion, and style changes.
  • Provide detailed feedback to enhance video generation model performance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in video production, editing, quality assurance, or review roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Exceptional attention to visual detail and pattern recognition.
  • Ability to interpret prompts and assess visual fidelity accurately.
  • Experience with AI tools, media content, or annotation platforms is a plus.
