The Operations Associate role at Operations Associate is an opportunity to support top talent pipelines for leading AI research labs. This position, offered by Crossing Hurdles, is a remote hourly contract requiring 40–60 hours per week and pays $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inbound messages from centralized channels
  • Prepare target lists and support outbound outreach efforts
  • Conduct research to compile and organize structured datasets
  • Source candidate, prospect, or partner information from public records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to streamline workflows
  • Track, log, and report research and communication activities
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and support SOP documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to execute high-volume repetitive tasks accurately
  • Comfortable with online research, data scraping, and spreadsheets
  • Analytical mindset to identify data patterns
