About Investment Research Analyst

Crossing Hurdles is a recruitment firm referring top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Role Overview

This position is an hourly contract role as an Investment Research Analyst with a focus on investment banking expertise. The role supports AI model training in investment banking domains by providing expertise in financial modeling, pitch deck creation, investment/analysis summaries, and company/industry analysis. Training support will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Create high-quality pitch decks and investment summaries.
  • Perform detailed company and industry analysis.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience at top-tier investment banking firms.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, pitch decks, or analysis memos.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Contract Details

  • Hourly Rate: $130/hr
  • Duration: Minimum 4 weeks with potential extension or rotation.
  • Commitment: At least 10 hours/week, fully asynchronous.
