- Create realistic tasks and scenarios that mirror recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with experts to refine workflows for accuracy and reproducibility.
- Work with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize recruiting workflows.
- Identify opportunities for AI to augment expert decision-making.
- Provide structured feedback on AI-generated content and workflows.
- Review and suggest refinements to recruitment guidelines and problem-solving processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Ability to explain complex recruitment processes clearly and step-by-step.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
