Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex database schemas for advanced AI workflows.
• Build, test, and integrate sophisticated APIs for secure, scalable systems.
• Develop and deploy authentication mechanisms and backend frameworks.
• Populate environments with synthetic data optimized for Reinforcement Learning models.
• Ensure applications are performant, secure, and modular.
• Work asynchronously and independently with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience in high-performance environments.
• Proven success in database schema design and/or leadership.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database structuring.
• Expertise in API development, testing, and integration.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).

Contract Details

This is an hourly contract position with compensation ranging from $50 to $150 per hour, based on experience and location. The initial duration is 1–2 months with strong potential for extension, requiring 10–20 hours per week with the option to scale up to 40 hours per week.
