Overview
At Crossing Hurdles, we refer candidates to our partner collaborating with the world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. The Email Specialist role is an hourly contract position with a flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week, fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in AI training workflows by working directly within a Gmail client.
- Follow structured processes with strong attention to detail for email tasks.
- Work with digital tools including Gmail for data-related tasks.
- Support AI system development by annotating, processing, or verifying email data.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving workflows.
- Light familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, especially Gmail.
- Background in STEM or technical disciplines is encouraged.
- Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is beneficial, but not required.
- Generalist mindset with adaptability to evolving processes.
