About the Role

The Designer role at Crossing Hurdles is an hourly contract position. You will have the opportunity to work with the world’s leading AI research labs and contribute to building and training cutting-edge AI models through prompt design and creative visual strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions for AI training.
  • Apply expertise in visual systems, user experiences, and creative strategy.
  • Ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world design process and clarity.
  • Shape AI understanding of multi-modal design across industries.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong background in instructional, exhibit, service, environmental, or experience design.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality visual designs for websites/apps and marketing assets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting.
