Overview
At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. The position is for a Data Processing Specialist on an hourly contract basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Synthesize and interpret large volumes of diverse data.
- Annotate and categorize text, images, and other data types according to predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
- Apply rubrics and standardization protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or errors within datasets.
- Contribute directly to the enhancement and refinement of AI systems.
Requirements
- Strong ability to organize and structure complex or large datasets.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience with rubrics, taxonomies, or standardized annotation guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
