About the Cinematographer Role

Crossing Hurdles, a recruitment firm, is referring top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs. We are seeking an Artist / Visual Storytelling Expert to create compelling visual narratives for AI training datasets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and narrative structures for AI training datasets.
  • Caption video content with cinematic storytelling techniques and visual detail.
  • Evaluate AI-generated visual narratives and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure authenticity, coherence, and cinematic quality in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with researchers and creative experts to refine visual storytelling standards.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in film, animation, motion design, or related creative fields.
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating storytelling, cinematic pacing, and design expertise.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
