Role Overview: Manager Human Centered Design
As a Manager in our rapidly growing Business Transformation (Xccelerate) practice, you will be a trusted partner to our clients. You will shape and deliver client experiences that drive innovation and transformation by leading mid-sized engagements, designing and facilitating workshops, and guiding cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead workshops and engagements using human centered design, agile principles, AI-enabled techniques, and change management frameworks.
- Project & Program Management: Manage project components including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Practice Building & Business Development: Support proposal development, expand client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach consultants while fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
- 5–7 years of consulting, transformation, innovation or program management experience.
- Experience in leading client engagements and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
- Familiarity with enabling technologies such as Miro, Mural, Figma, Lucid and AI-powered platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI-driven transformation and organizational change management frameworks.
- Exposure to private equity ecosystems or cross-industry partnerships.
- Experience with financial process transformation and working with CFOs.
