Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, Nederlandstalig

Cross-border Talent is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager for the Benelux market on behalf of our client, a global leader in digital solutions. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career internationally while enjoying life in Barcelona, working in a hybrid model (39 hours per week).

This is not a standard sales position. You will act as a strategic advisor for fast-growing companies, including potential future unicorns, helping them set up and scale high-performance PPC campaigns. You won't just sell; you'll build sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

  • Onboard and guide new clients effectively.
  • Develop strategic, results-oriented PPC campaigns.
  • Achieve budget growth and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct ROI discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and minimize churn.
  • Work with CRM systems and leverage data-driven insights.

Your Profile

  • C2-level Dutch proficiency and C1 English proficiency (French is a plus).
  • Minimum of 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux market and business culture.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Analytically strong with a commercial drive.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and digital ecosystems.
