About the role
Salesforce Delivery Lead
Criteo Internal IT is looking for an Agile Squad Team Lead to manage and grow Salesforce delivery teams based in India. This role is primarily focused on people leadership, team development, and partner management, within a global Agile organization led from France. You will be accountable for building strong, autonomous & self-organized teams, ensuring the right staffing and skills are in place, and acting as a key point of contact between India-based teams, external partners, and the global product organization.
People Management & Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support Salesforce engineers and QA profiles within Agile squads.
- Own career management activities: onboarding, performance feedback, development plans, and skill progression.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure team engagement, stability, and retention in a competitive local market.
Staffing & Sourcing
- Contribute actively to sourcing and hiring of new team members in collaboration with HR and the IIT Director.
- Participate in interviews and assess both technical potential and behavioral fit.
- Support workforce planning and anticipate staffing needs in line with roadmap evolution.
Partner & Offshore Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery partners in India and Poland.
- Ensure clear expectations, roles, and ways of working with partners.
- Drive assertive communication and escalation when quality, staffing, or engagement issues arise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the partner model.
Collaboration in a Global Agile Organization
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads based in France.
- Ensure alignment on ways of working, team organization, and Agile standards.
- Provide regular visibility on team health, staffing, and people-related risks.

Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in IT environments, with demonstrated people management responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing engineers and/or QA profiles in Agile team setups.
- Experience working with offshore or external delivery partners is a strong plus.
- Prior exposure to Salesforce platforms is highly valued (technical depth not mandatory).
Skills & Background
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, squad-based organizations).
- Solid experience in managing IT careers and team development.
- Excellent communication skills in an international, English-speaking environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Experience in global organizations or captive centers is a strong advantage.
