Role Overview
The Intelligence Analyst supports the intelligence and analytical needs of a multinational client. Based in Konstanz, Germany, you will work within the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) department under the Intelligence Programme Manager. You will monitor threats, analyze open-source information, and produce tailored intelligence products for decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor open-source information and subscription services in real-time.
- Conduct open-source intelligence analysis on global security threats, regional trends, and developing events.
- Produce written intelligence products including threat assessments and strategic analysis.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and perform social media monitoring.
- Deliver succinct oral and written threat briefings.
- Work closely with team members and client contacts, managing expectations and reporting metrics.
- Suggest improvements to programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Engage daily with team members and leverage Crisis24 resources.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's degree is preferred. Fluency in English and another language (preferably French and/or Arabic) is expected.

- Excellent research, writing, and briefing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities using a variety of techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Earth/Maps.
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking skills with minimal supervision.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Additional Information
Flexible hours with occasional travel may be required. Adherence to Crisis24's data protection policies and active participation in security training are necessary.
