The Role: Curriculum Developer, Spanish & French
Ready to shape the future of international language education? We're searching for a talented Curriculum Developer, Spanish & French to build dynamic, exam-aligned Spanish and/or French courses (IGCSE & A-Level) within our Canvas LMS. You'll craft interactive, culturally rich digital learning experiences that help students become confident global communicators.
What You'll Do
- Design modular, tech-forward curriculum from the ground up, blending authentic texts, audio, video, and real-world cultural contexts across reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Collaborate with academic leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging lessons, rigorous assessments, and exam-ready practice materials that meet international standards.
What You'll Bring
- Near-native or native proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
- Experience with IGCSE, A-Level, or equivalent language curriculum.
- Strong grasp of exam specifications and assessment frameworks.
- Instructional design skills and Canvas LMS experience.
- Bachelor's in World Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's a plus).
The Details
- Stipend: $3,750 per course
- Type: Independent contractor, project-based
- Schedule: Flexible, with milestone deadlines to keep things moving
