- Design, build, and optimize software for data collection agents running on Windows, Linux, and Mac.
- Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and engineers to create high-performance user experiences.
- Own the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code that meets customer needs.
- Develop automated tests and comprehensive test plans to ensure code quality.
- Help maintain and support SaaS products, including participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.
- This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals (memory management, CPU architecture, filesystems, process lifecycles, networking).

- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate feature delivery without compromising quality.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The estimated base salary range is $160,000—$210,000 USD. Employees are eligible for incentive compensation (commission) for sales/sales-adjacent roles or the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program for other roles.
