As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through Cribl’s sales process.
  • Efficiently respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts and emails, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Leverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions and provide high-level introductions.
  • Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges, effectively pitching how Cribl provides solutions.
  • Log, track, and consistently maintain Salesforce according to Cribl’s lead-to-opportunity flow process.
  • Accurately distribute leads/meetings through discovery to assigned sales executives.
  • Consistently achieve meeting quotas to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.
  • Collaborate directly with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead quality conversion rates and pipeline generation.
  • We are a remote-first company, and work occurs across multiple time zones – you may occasionally be required to perform duties outside your standard working hours.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • Ability to conduct business in Spanish (verbal and written) is required; ability to do so in Portuguese as well is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with systems, specifically Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and address them with a successful product sale.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance your consideration for this role.

Salary & Benefits

The total compensation offered for this position includes a commission/incentive plan. The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
