Position Overview

We are seeking a State and Local Government Sales Representative in the New York region. This remote position is for an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic sales professional who can clearly articulate our value proposition and execute proven sales processes. The role involves developing customer-centric solutions and building enduring customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl.
  • Articulate our value proposition across all levels of an organization.
  • Forecast and hit sales targets consistently.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours due to remote time-zone differences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SLG Security Sales experience, especially within the NY region.
  • Experience with early stage start-ups or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record with 7 figure deals and new logo development.
  • Experience in channel-led sales motions and creating un-budgeted demand.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $150k - $165k USD, dependent on geographic location and individual experience. A competitive salary is offered alongside a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
