Role Description

The Senior SDET will join our System Test team to build and enhance continuous testing systems, automated testing, and quality metrics reporting. You will work on simulated customer environments to uncover issues that typical testing might miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and improve continuous testing and reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate test strategies
• Work with development teams for proper test planning and coverage
• Identify performance bottlenecks and anomalous system behavior
• Communicate insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer or SDET
• Computer Science degree or relevant experience
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Proficient in at least one programming language; familiarity with multiple is preferred
• Proficiency in designing test frameworks for frontend and backend
• Experience with complex customer use cases and cross-team collaboration
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 depending on location and experience. Cribl offers a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and discretionary bonus.
