Overview
Crew, in collaboration with Turnberry Solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency. The role offers rapid growth, a diverse client portfolio, and extensive career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project-related activities including meetings and reviews.
- Track progress and provide regular status updates.
- Monitor budgets and report on financial status.
- Maintain project documentation such as charters and status reports.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Liaise with team members and stakeholders to complete tasks on time.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field. Some experience in project coordination with a basic understanding of project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $62,000 to $85,000, based on factors including experience and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off, and flexible work arrangements.
