About the role
About Credo AI
Credo AI is a venture-backed company on a mission to empower organizations to responsibly build, adopt, procure and use AI at scale. Credo AI has built a pioneering platform for context-driven AI governance, AI risk assessment and compliance (to regulations like the EU AI Act and standards like NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 etc) to ensure compliant, fair, and auditable development and use of AI. Our goal is to move responsible AI development from an “ethical” choice to an obvious one-by ensuring AI’s benefits are universally accessible while addressing the full spectrum of its risks. We aim to do this both by making it easier for organizations to integrate responsible AI Governance practices into their AI development and by collaborating with regulators/policymakers to set up appropriate ecosystem incentives. Founded in 2020, Credo AI has been recognized as a one of the Most Innovative Companies of 2024 by Fast Company, a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, named to the CBInsights' AI 100 List and World's Most Promising Startups list, and included in Fast Company’s Next Big Thing in Tech and Intelligent Applications Top 40 by Madrona, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Pitchbook.
About the Role:
At Credo AI, we believe AI governance is the key to unlocking responsible and scalable AI adoption. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you’ll play a critical role in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and revenue growth, ensuring our products resonate with customers and drive business success. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new and existing products, continuously measuring and optimizing for scale.
- Refine pricing and packaging strategies based on market insights and customer needs.
Develop High-Impact Content & Sales Enablement
- Craft compelling content for all stages of the customer journey—including sales decks, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and one-pagers.
- Create sales collateral and enablement tools to equip the sales team with clear, persuasive messaging.
- Translate complex AI governance concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences.
- Ensure Credo AI’s positioning aligns with real-world pain points, business objectives, and industry trends.
Lead Product Launches & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders—including product management, demand gen, sales, design, and engineering—to deliver effective communication and execution.
- Continuously track and measure performance, optimizing marketing efforts for engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, working cross-functionally with sales teams, and sales enablement
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex topics.
- Proven track record of driving alignment across sales, product, customer success, and marketing to drive alignment.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- A bias toward action—able to pivot quickly and lead through ambiguity.
- Nice to have: Experience in AI, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), or RegTech.
