The Role: Product Marketing Associate Director
As an Associate Product Marketing Director, you will drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans for key offerings across the Consumer Growth platform. You will work on initiatives ranging from launching new products targeting growth segments, optimizing existing products for upsell, and bundling offerings to drive adoption and retention. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be an individual contributor dedicated to strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- GTM Strategy: Develop marketing strategies and launch plans including customer research, market analysis, segmentation, and channel strategies.
- Strategic Growth: Drive complex growth initiatives, analyze business performance, and set priorities based on data insights.
- Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including growth marketing, product, brand, and creative teams to deliver on GTM plans.
- Product Planning: Influence product strategy and roadmap development through collaboration with product and research teams.
- Customer Journeys: Build strategies for acquisition, engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell across offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- BA/BS with 10+ years experience in product marketing at a consumer technology company; MBA highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of product marketing fundamentals including audience insights, competitive intelligence, positioning, and messaging.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Proven track record working cross-functionally and influencing senior leadership.
- Experience in driving subscriber growth and retention, ideally in a B2C or fintech environment.
