Poste et missions

Your role within the business center of Lyon Part Dieu? As a true partner, you contribute to the commercial development and monitoring of clients. You are an essential link in the proactivity of Business Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting the client portfolio and prospecting new clients according to the orientations given by the Business Manager.
  • Ensuring the onboarding of new clients in the business manager's portfolio.
  • Accompanying clients daily on their needs such as:
    • Processing express loan contracts and disbursing funds (contribution to all types of loan contracts in collaboration with the Credit PM MO).
    • Participating in the drafting of commercial proposals.
    • Proposing and implementing products and services generating productivity gains.
  • Processing certain operations related to cash management and credit operations.
  • Participating in the updating of regulatory client information.

Who you are:

You have a higher education (Bac+3/4 minimum) in Banking, Management, or Finance. You have proven successful banking experience and are proficient in office automation (Word, Excel). Your experience in the business sector has given you the opportunity to demonstrate your organizational skills, customer service orientation, and analytical skills.
