Automated Test Lead

Job Description

Within Crédit Agricole Payment Services (CAPS), the Qualification Center guarantees the quality of the Information System. Its application portfolio includes about fifty applications for approximately 25 million clients in France.

As an Automated Test Lead, you will join the TECHNICAL division of the Qualification Center, and your main missions will include:

• Carrying out and piloting tool integration projects and test environment construction (requirements gathering, quote drafting, supplier management, project monitoring).
• Ensuring the operational maintenance of tools, as well as providing support, assistance, and guidance to users of these tools.
• Acting as a referent for automated tests and providing support to automation engineers: best practices, estimations.
• Conducting technology watch.

You will collaborate closely with the performance testing team, and as such, you will have the opportunity to occasionally participate in test campaigns or develop skills in this area: load tests, endurance tests, resilience tests, and limit tests.

Candidate Criteria

Education Level: Bac + 5 / M2 and above (Engineer Diploma/Master in Information Systems)

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in DevOps and testing tools: OpenText ALM, OpenText ValueEdge, Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, and containerization.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification.

Appreciated Technical Skills:

• Automation, scripting: Shell, Python, Groovy, VBS, Robot Framework, UFT One, SoapUI, Postman.
• Testing and analysis tools: Jmeter / Neoload, KaNest® Turbo, Dynatrace.

Required Behavioral Skills:

• Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally with various stakeholders (business teams, IT project managers, suppliers, production personnel).
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in written and oral communication.

Appreciated Business Knowledge:

• Knowledge of EMV, CB, VISA, MasterCard payment systems.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
