Job Description

Social Media Manager

Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform (CA-GIP) is seeking a Social Media Manager for a 6-month temporary contract to cover paternity leave. This role is crucial in managing the company's online presence during a period of significant IT market transformation and digital acceleration within the Crédit Agricole Group. You will be an integral part of the external communications team, contributing to CA-GIP's vision of being a technological leader and ensuring a trusted, high-performing, and industrialized IT infrastructure for millions of clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Pilotage and E-Reputation
  • Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok) and manage the editorial calendar.
  • Execute and monitor paid campaigns and post boosts on LinkedIn.
  • Publish and moderate content across all social media platforms.
  • Track company and executive reputation online.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (editorial, video, etc.).
  • Review employee LinkedIn profiles and provide social media awareness training.
Project Management and Content Production
  • Coordinate and manage projects with the communication team, Group/Subsidiaries, and other company departments.
  • Create and produce various content, including video shoots, carousel structures, scriptwriting, and company page posts.
  • Write posts for the General Management, managers, and employees.
  • Cover company events.
KPIs and Statistics Monitoring
  • Monitor social media KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly LinkedIn reports and global quarterly reports.

Profile and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Communication or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. Experience in the IT sector is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong knowledge of Web 2.0 and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in community management and social media management tools (e.g., Sociabble, Hootsuite).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, active listening, curiosity, initiative, and ability to react to current events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required. After Effects experience is a plus.
