Context

Within the Payments Cluster for our partner CA-PS, you will be attached to the "Bank Messaging Operations" team, responsible for interbank and international financial flows. This team manages critical solutions such as SWIFT and FircoSoft (transaction filtering). These applications are vital, sensitive, and subject to strong security constraints and business requirements (high availability). In a demanding, highly regulated environment (compliance, payment security), the objective is to ensure the availability, security, and performance of financial flows.

Missions

The Production Engineer recommends and implements methodological and technical solutions to optimize IT production. They ensure the coordination and quality control of solution integration, as well as their operational maintenance. They must combine a good knowledge of the managed application portfolio with technological insight to liaunt with experts in the technological hubs. Your main missions will include:

• Ensure the production and integration of solutions in production and non-production environments.
• Manage daily RUN activities through control, monitoring, and incident management.
• Contribute to projects (BUILD) under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Advise client entities (MOA) and collaborate with technological hubs.
• Seek optimization of application integration.
• Ensure the deployment of new versions.
• Participate in on-call duties and major incident management.
• Monitor performance, capacity, obsolescence, and vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to patching, hardening, and compliance activities.
• Implement and improve automation chains (deployment, operations, supervision).
• Contribute to CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and scripting practices.
• Standardize and industrialize operational procedures.
• Participate in transformation projects.
