Gestionnaire Confirmations FX MM at Crédit Agricole CIB
The IT and Operations Services (IOS) Division aims to equip CACIB with the best IT and Operations Platform to maintain and strengthen the quality of services rendered to CACIB and to prepare for CACIB's growth and digital transformation challenges in the coming years.
Within IOS, you will join the OPC (Operations, Premises & Country COOs) Division, which includes:
- An Operations hub: 4 operational sectors including CMO and a cross-functional organization and Projects management sector.
- A pole dedicated to Real Estate Management (PCS).
- An International COO (ICO) pole.
- A General Secretariat (GSE) pole.
As key partners to all the Bank's business lines, in relation with major economic players (international corporate clients, institutional clients, clearing houses, regulatory authorities...), our teams ensure the quality, continuity, and reliability of operations carried out on global financial markets, in compliance with international regulations, and manage operational real estate, security, and services for CACIB occupants.

You will integrate Capital Markets Operations (CMO) which has global responsibility for all operational support functions (MO and BO) dedicated to market activities.
Within the Back Office Derivatives, Treasury & Forex, the BO Confirmations FX-MM department comprises 3 sub-services: BO Confirmations Swift, BO Confirmations Paper, BO Confirmations Structured FX.
The Confirmations Manager for the «BO Confirmation FX-MM» team is responsible for ensuring the production and reconciliation (matching) of confirmations resulting from operations initiated by the Front Office.
This role involves administrative follow-up of these confirmations (communication and relationship with counterparties), communication/escalation with internal stakeholders (sales, traders, and other internal control/support teams), with a strong sensitivity to operational risk management.
Your Missions Will Include:
- Reconciliation of confirmations in the automatic matching tool and on reconciliation platforms, managing discrepancies (mismatches, unmatched, orphans...) until resolution.
- Rigorous monitoring and control of incoming confirmations not internally recognized by the Front Office (orphans).
- Interfacing with Middle Office and Front Office operators as necessary to clarify and resolve discrepancies, activating appropriate escalation and alert processes if the situation requires.
- Sending, recording, and archiving confirmations in associated systems.
- Participation in supervision reporting for Management and the Bank's supervision functions.
- Reconciliation of confirmations within regulatory deadlines.
- Participation in drafting and/or updating operational procedures for the sector.
- Participation in identifying operational improvement areas (risk reduction, automation, strengthening operational processes).
