We are recruiting an intern to join our CA Création team in Champagne Au Mont d'Or as a Venture Capital Analyst starting October 2026 for a duration of 6 months!
During Your Internship, Your Missions Will Be:
- Deal flow management: selecting and analyzing investment opportunities and weekly presentations with the investment team.
- Investment process: meeting entrepreneurs, in-depth analysis of investment opportunities (technology, product, market study, business plan, team, etc.) with investment team members, supporting investment processes (due diligence, legal and financial negotiations).
- Portfolio and company monitoring: supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, industry and sector analysis, managing relationships with portfolio entrepreneurs, etc.
- Ecosystem events: active participation in digital ecosystem events (demo days, startup pitches, etc.).
- Support for the rest of the team: occasional assistance to the back and middle office team on various missions (ESG analysis, support during investment committees, etc.).
Within the Innovation Domain Team
- Under the direct supervision of the Head of Innovation and in direct collaboration with the Innovation domain team, implementing profitability analyses and financial monitoring of projects.
- Participation in the analysis of financial statements, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions if necessary.
- Contribution to the improvement of management control processes and the optimization of financial monitoring tools.

Profile Sought
- Master's degree (M1 or M2) from a University, Business School, or Engineering School.
- Ideally, you have previous successful experience in finance, an audit firm, and/or an entrepreneurial environment (incubator, startup, etc.).
- You have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation.
- Rigorous, analytical, and comfortable with Office Suite.
- Curious, attentive, empathetic, with good interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded and willing, with good critical thinking skills.
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills, and proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
