Are you looking for a student job? Are you interested in the banking sector and commercial dynamics? Do you want to learn the profession of a client advisor in the banking sector?
We are looking for young students available for a minimum of 15 hours per week at our Méximieux agency.
Your Role
Within the agency's commercial team, you will welcome and advise clients while ensuring the promotion and sale of products and services.
- Contribute to client reception in the self-service area and potentially direct them to an advisor.
- Identify commercial opportunities to optimize the agency's client portfolio management:
- Participate in discussions to develop the agency's retail client portfolio.
- Monitor the evolution of the portfolio and propose actions to acquire new clients.
- Sell Crédit Agricole's offer adapted to the needs of retail clients:
- Sell the CA offer, taking into account regulations, internal procedures, and established delegations.
- Seek commercial counterparts for any negotiation.
- Enrich and update the information system.
