About the Role

The Director, Partnerships & Business Development will work alongside the Head of Business Development to ideate, pitch, and win marketing partnerships to drive top-of-funnel traffic across Credible's various business lines. This role requires managing the full lifecycle of marketing partnerships, from prospecting and contracting to developing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, pitch, structure, negotiate, and secure marketing partnerships.
  • Deliver structured pitches and create partner-ready pitch decks with robust financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong partner relationships through strategic negotiations and data evaluations.
  • Manage partnership pipelines and provide actionable internal recommendations.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of the competitive landscape in financial services and fintech.

Education and Experience

Minimum 6+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales roles with a deep understanding of marketing partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required along with proven experience in pitching and closing large strategic partnerships, excellent presentation skills, and competency in financial and data modeling.
