About Creddr
Creddr is building a new standard for how ambitious students prepare for competitive finance careers. We create interactive, structured programmes that replace scattered prep with real systems for skill-building, practice, and readiness. We are at an early traction stage and are looking for a driven Co-Founder to help scale the business.
What You’ll Do
- Shape product strategy and roadmap alongside the founder.
- Own major areas of execution such as growth, partnerships, or operations.
- Work directly with early users to refine positioning and features.
- Help design and launch core course programmes.
- Drive early distribution through schools, societies, and student networks.
- Build the foundations for hiring, culture, and fundraising.
- Represent the company in meetings with partners and investors.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone highly ambitious, self-directed, and interested in startups, education, and finance careers. The ideal candidate is comfortable with uncertainty, is a strong communicator, analytical, systems-oriented, and ideally has experience in startups, student organisations, tutoring, fintech/edtech, or finance recruiting.

Compensation
